Mrs. Kelly Pendergest is the Assistant Principal. This is her fifteenth year in education, having taught everything from Kindergarten Technology to High School Forensic Science. As an Air Force spouse, she holds multiple state teaching certificates, including teaching in the Diocese of Spokane, Wichita, and Archdiocese of Military Services. She grew up in Vermont and Northeast Ohio, attending Walsh Jesuit High School, and graduated with honors from Saint Louis University. Most recently she taught middle school science in Kenton County, Kentucky and earned Masters of Science in Building Leadership from Newman University.
Mrs. Pendergest and her husband are parishioners of St. Cecilia in Independence, Kentucky. In her free time, you can find Mrs. Pendergest gardening, reading, or traveling to visit National Parks, World Heritage Sites, and basilicas of the Catholic Church. She looks forward to St. Lawrence field trips!
