Alumni of the Year Nomination Form
Eligible Recipients
Nominees must be graduates of St. Lawrence or St. Mary's Catholic schools who graduated prior to the year 2017.
Eligible recipients are alumni who:
- Invested in the school community during their time as students through participation in school activities, leadership roles, community service, and/or faith-based programs.
- Live a life of active faith.
- Have made a positive and lasting impact in their communities—locally, nationally, or globally—or who serve as everyday heroes through their personal, professional, or volunteer efforts.
- Demonstrate the mission and values of either St. Lawrence or St. Mary's Catholic schools in their daily lives, embodying faith, integrity, leadership, service, and excellence in all they do.
