Aftercare Program
The Aftercare Program is available from dismissal to 6:00 p.m. The children will have supervised recreation and will be provided a snack. All students, regardless of grade level, are expected to sign in to aftercare unless being tutored by a teacher or staying for a supervised practice or rehearsal which begins at 2:50pm. Students who are not going home by car or bus immediately after school will be accompanied by their teacher to aftercare. All students will be expected to follow the daily aftercare schedule and may not be in any part of the building unsupervised if staying after school for any reason.
If you wish to use the aftercare program, a registration form must be completed and received.
All invoices for aftercare will be submitted to the family's FACTS account for payment.
The following rates are in effect for the 2025-2026 school year:
30 minutes or less $3.00/day
One child $10.00/day
Two children $15.00/day
Three children $20.00/day
Each additional child will be $1/day. (i.e 5 children would be $22/day)
*It is imperative that your child(ren) be picked up by 6 p.m. If your child is not picked up by 6 p.m., there will be a charge of $1 per minute for each minute that you are late. The late charges will be added to your FACTS account.
AFTER-SCHOOL SCHEDULE
3:00-3:10 Sign in
3:30-4:00 Homework time-NO electronics
4:00 Snack time
4:00-6:00 Indoor/Outdoor play and extra homework time
6:00 All children must be picked up. There will be a late fee of $1 per minute after 6:00.
There will not be any cellphones allowed in aftercare. They will be collected and remain at table with the supervisor until the child is signed out. A child may call or text a parent while at the supervisor’s table.
All children are expected to be respectful to all of those working aftercare and follow the rules.
For information on the aftercare program, please contact the school office. The aftercare program will not be in session when school is closed due to inclement weather or if there is an early dismissal due to inclement weather. Other dates without aftercare will be announced via the school newsletter with as much notice as possible.
